Able Care Transportation

Message: Last Thursday, Able Care Transportation picked up my husband, who was not ambulatory at the time, & transported him from the Rehab facility to our home on a stretcher. CJ & James were professional, courteous, & focused on safety. While several other local transport companies could not accommodate our particular needs, Able Care had the equipment (& manpower) to bring my husband home safely. I appreciate the kindness & patience of Megan in the office who handled my request. After speaking with her I felt very assured of my choice. CJ & James were prompt for pickup & made sure my husband was comfortable before they left our home. I highly recommend Able Care Transportation; they earned our trust & if needed, I will call upon them again for transport.

Message: I had opportunity to recently interact with this company as they transported a resident where I volunteer. The transportation gentlemen were considerate, professional and interacted with the resident to insure that she was aware of what they were doing and that she was as comfortable as possible. They were excellent!

Message: 5/21/2021. CJ and Carter were very professional and extremely competent in transporting me on a stretcher to my physician's office. They stayed with me and handled the stretcher very well as they took me for x-rays and other needs. Their handling of getting me from my bed and back into it was flawless - including going up and down the 5 steps on my porch. I highly recommend Able Care Transportation for any kind of transportation needs. You won't find a better company!

Message: I recently broke my leg and had great difficulty find a transport service that would get me from the Second floor to a vehicle to the Dr and home. that was the case until I contacted Able Care. They visited my home, did and assessment and were able to get me to and from the second floor to the Dr. Their approach is they can and will do what others cannot. They are consummate professionals and service focused. Their fees are extremely fair. I highly recommend them.

Message: Life can be full of regrets, my one regret is not contacting Able Transportation sooner to transport my mother to and from dialysis. They go out of their way to provide the best service. Prior to using them I had all sort of issues. I was consistently worried about whether my mother made it to and from dialysis ok. CJ is an exceptional employee. He does an outstanding job of keeping me up to date on any changes. I was extremely thankful and impressed that he left his home late one night to transport my mother from the ER back to the nursing home. It has been a true blessing working with them during this difficult transition in my mother's life. I highly recommend Able Transportation to anyone looking for wheelchair transport.

Message: I was an escort for a patient yesterday, who was transported to and from a medical appointment by Able Care. The patient and I were very pleased with our driver and the experience in general. The driver was courteous, careful, and prompt. I plan to request Able Care for every transport, and hope we can get the same excellent driver.

Message: This was the 1st time we used them and it was awesome. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful with my questions. They picked my dad up at a Rehab Center and dropped him off at his location and returned at the exact time he needed to be picked up. They were on time and he loved to be able to get out. We will definitely use Able Care again.
